<p>Play highlights importance of mother tongue</p>

<p>On the eve of International Mother Language Day, People's Artist Forum staged a play at Student Centre of Panjab University, bringing out the indignity suffered by students using their respective mother tongue.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The play sought to show how students faced problems learning in a language other than their mother tongue and how it curtailed their space to learn and develop concepts.</p>
