<p>Survey: Florida schools should require Spanish</p>

<p>Spanish has become such an important and prevalent language in Florida that two-thirds of state residents think students should be required to learn it, according to a new survey..</p>

<p>The findings of the survey were "far less polarized and more popular than we imagined," said Chris McCarty, director of the University of Florida's Survey Research Center, which conducted the study</p>
