<b>General Summary</b><br>
The position of Assistant Director of the English Language Institute oversees the academic aspects of the program, including curriculum, assessment, and supervision of the ELI faculty.<br>
<br>
<b>Required Qualifications</b><br>
1. Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or closely related field<br>
2. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an Intensive English Program (IEP)<br>
3. Solid knowledge of English as a Second Language (ESL) research and methodologies<br>
4. Demonstrated experience developing ESL curriculum<br>
5. Exceptional leadership and management skills<br>
6. Strong understanding of the needs of English language learners and international students in general<br>
7. Demonstrated support and advocacy for diversity and inclusion<br>
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills<br>
