<a href="https://goo.gl/VKsR9D">https://goo.gl/VKsR9D</a>, suggests that this policy may be lightening somewhat. That could just be sensationalised media fluff though. Does anyone know of any research (published on in progress) tracking this nascent change?
Or failing that, can anyone either corroborate or challenge this article's claims?<o:p></o:p></p>
