campus of the Indiana University system and a major comprehensive research university, invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor faculty position in elementary literacy education beginning August 2018.

range of research including biliteracies, multiliteracies, dual language development, digital literacies, multilingual teacher preparation, early literacies, world language education, technology and critical literacy, sociocultural perspectives on language,
education for democracy and diversity, immigrant and language minority education, and assessment of language and literacy development. Collaborative work with colleagues in the department, on-line and in-school settings, community organizations, and across
departments of the university is especially valued. </span></span></p>
