contribute to an understanding of how bilinguals at different stages of bilingual development and in different contexts translanguage to activate their learning and work in their bilingual world. The researchers also shed light on how monolingual ideology
in formal education and in social norms indoctrinates our students into a perception of linguistic dysmorphia that hinders their professional performance and identities in adulthood. Each of these studies offers important insights on what contributes to bilingual
