<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr">Director of the Institute for Teaching Learning and Inclusive Pedagogy<br><br>Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey<br><br>Among the key duties of this position are the following:<br><br><ul><li> Helps to shape the vision for the new Institute.</li><li> Works with the Provost’s Office and an advisory committee of instructors and staff from across campus to develop the initial strategic plan for the Institute and hire the initial staff.</li><li> Manages and directs all aspects of the Institute.</li><li> Provides leadership and strategic vision for the Institute.</li><li> Develops and implements programs and services to support instructors at all levels of their careers.</li><li> Collaborates with other University offices and programs supporting teaching and learning and taking a leadership role in coordinating these efforts and in communicating about them to New Brunswick instructors.</li><li> Provides infrastructure and support for research on innovation in teaching and learning.</li><li> Manages the Institute’s operations, budget, and staff.</li></ul><br>Minimum Education and Experience <br><br><ul><li> Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.</li><li> Three (3) years experience supporting teaching and learning at a post-secondary level.</li><li> Experience in college-level teaching, presenting workshops, and/or providing instructional design support.</li><li> Supervisory experience.</li><li> Experience developing and implementing DEI initiatives.</li></ul><br>Annual Minimum Salary <br>101444.000<br><br>Annual Mid Range Salary <br>128401.000<br><br>Annual Maximum Salary <br>155358.000<br><br>More information:<br><a href="https://jobs.rutgers.edu/postings/212362" target="_blank">https://jobs.rutgers.edu/postings/212362</a></div>
