Randomization question.

Ok, this is what I want to do.  To start I need a list of 40 words in
5 categories (8 for each category).  I need that list to be randomly
broken down into 2 20 word list with the same 5 categories (4 words
for each category in each group).  These two groups would each then be
used for a different task.  I want this to happen fresh for every
experiment.  Is this even possible?  I can't figure out how to do it
at all.  If anyone knows, PLEASE get back to me.  Thanks!- Adam
