In e-dataaid, simply choose FILE, EXPORT, change the format to OTHER (not spss/excel), and for the Missing Data field, choose the "period" character.

Subject: Importing Data?

Hello,

I'm trying to import my E-prime emerge file into SPSS.

1) Anybody have any useful syntax they would not mind sending my way?
Where can I get more information on this?

2) Also, how do I handle the excess data? I seem to have a lot of
cells with the term "NULL" in them?

Thanks,

Francine
