counterbalancing two procedures

hey

i'm new to e-prime, my college just bought e-prime version 2.0.

i have a little complicated experiment, and i need help with the first
stop of it.
i have 12 lists, each contains 15 words.
i have 2 manipulations: 1. read the words 2. assess a word on a scale
of 1-6.
each manipulations has it's own different instructions.

i need the subject to make 6 lists on 1 manipulation and the other 6
on the other manipulation. but it has to be in a row, so the subject
won't be jumping from one manipulation to the other. he will do 6
lists on one manipulation and the 6 on the other.

the problem is, i need to counterbalance each of the manipulations so
that the order will be changed. and also i need to counterbalance
between the words and the manipulations, so that the subjects won't
get the same list in the same manipulation.

thank you for your help

i have to mention, that the second phase of the experiment is the use
of those lists.
so perhaps i need a subject list that consists of all the words and
lists.
