No parallel port for upgrade

You need to contact PST Web Support at 
http://support.pstnet.com/e%2Dprime/support/login.asp .  Or, since 
PST should have taken care of this before they sold you the product, 
you might prevail upon them by phone, just get the number from their 
web site.  Good luck, and please write back with the result.
