I need help writing an If...Then InLine

Well, before anyone does their first experiment with E-Prime, they 
should at the very least work through the Getting Started Guide and the 
User's Guide that came with E-Prime.  In particular, before doing your 
first inline code, work through Chapter 4 of the User's Guide.
