E-Prime 2, E-Run and Dongle, also 64b

Hi Mich,

I have EP2 running on two W7-64 machines without any problems so far. Even
the Port-driver seems to work OK under 64-bit. (Just tested two parallel
port IO-cards).  The dongle is not required for ERun.
