flickering problem during video presentation

hello,
I had the same problem with E-Prime and eventually gave up.  sorry.  I
should tell you though that the 'solution' program, MatLab, does exactly
the same thing but less frequently.  I tried pre-loading the images as much
as possible, and increasing memory.  Neither helped enough to completely
eliminate the problem.  We note when it happens and eliminate trials
contaminated by the flickering screen.  There are 324 stimuli, so it's not
as big an issue as it might otherwise be.
