Semirandomization of pictures

Hi all,

I have an experiment where there are three blocks that each have two sets 
of the same pictures. I want to semirandomize the pictures such that no one 
picture in either set is shown three times in a row. Does anyone know how 
to do this? Please do ask for clarification if I was not clear!
