Score based on reaction time

I am working on a modified version of the Iowa Gambling Task, and I'm 
trying to create a trial score based on reaction time. I'm also 
interested in display this score at the end of each trial. 

I was wondering if there were recommendations for a piece of code that can 
do this, or if you can provide a link that discusses this. Any help is 
appreciated!
