maybe i misunderstand your question, but you certainly can log RT and RTTime information with a slide whose duration is set to 1ms (or even 0ms), so long as the Time Limit parameter for the slide is set to some larger value, since, as liwenna points out, 1ms wouldn't be long enough for the participant to press a button in response.<div>
