Just in case you are not already aware of it, I would like to bring to your attention the fully electronic, peer-reviewed, journal "Linguistic Discovery", which invites submission of high-quality manuscripts.

This is an excellent venue for papers involving video or sound files, and where links between sections of an article would enhance the information content.  (One article for a future issue is on sign language -- this is a natural outlet for such papers.)
The goals of Linguistic Discovery include making data on little-known languages available to the widest-possible audience.  Among other things, the editors are interested in publishing judiciously-chosen data sets useful for both teaching and theory.
