ouvi de um indío Pataxó, que Cumuruxatiba, significava a grande
variação entre as marés (alta e baixa), pois é exatamente o
que ocorre naquela região, devido ao baixo gradiente da costa
litorânea. Devo ter mais informações em minha
anotações, porém estou em trabalho de campo em Boa Vista,
retornando para SP, apenas em Set/Out.</DIV>
