<DIV>É com grande satisfação que passamos as primeiras informações sobre o III
Simpósio sobre Vogais – SIS-VOGAIS, que terá sede na Universidade Federal do Rio
Grande do Sul, neste ano. Processos assimilatórios envolvendo vogais, em
especial processos de harmonia vocálica, será o tema (ou foco) desta edição do
evento. Outras discussões de natureza teórica e descritiva relativas a sistemas
vocálicos, contudo, também terão espaço. Além disso, nesta edição, nos dois dias
que precedem o evento, serão oferecidos dois minicursos, cada um com 8h de
duração, dentro da temática proposta.</DIV>
