Children and language change

I think I am the one whose name Marilyn had accidentally deleted.
I had told her that, when children are given the chance, they play
a great role in language change. The example i had given her was
with pidgins and creoles. I am no expert, but I think anyone
interested in the children's role in language change should start
by looking into the process of creolization.
