Subscribing to funknet

Here is a summary of funknet commands. You can also find info on funknet at

LISTSERV PRODEDURES

1. To send a message to the entire list, use

            funknet at rice.edu

2. If you want to subscribe to funknet, send the message

          subscribe funknet <full name>

   to the address

          listserv at rice.edu

3. To unsubscribe from funknet, send the message

         unsubscribe funknet <full name>

   to the address

         listserv at rice.edu

   This message must be sent from the address that is currently on the
   funknet list.  If you wish to have deleted from the list an old
   address from which you can no longer send mail, send a request
   to FUNKNET-request at rice.edu

   To change your address, send an 'unsubscribe' command from the old
   address and a 'subscribe' command from the new address.

4. If you would like more info on the sorts of commands
   you can use to manipulate the LISTSERV program, send the message

          get listserv memo

   to

          listserv at rice.edu
