Interesting.  And since "Hebrew-speaking" culture is a relatively recent
concoction, the differences between, say, the various flavors of Sephardi,
Ashkenazi, and Israeli-Arab might be instructive.  I have nothing to
offer, but would love to hear what you end up with.
