Laz sounds like a good guess. Cf. 
http://titus.uni-frankfurt.de/texte/caucasica/lazica/lazvok.htm. mskva 
apparently means 'beautiful' in Laz. Since Laz is Kartvelian (very close 
to, but not necessarily mutually intelligible with, Megrelian), Georgian 
is a cognate, too.
