In Chapter 1 (Sunderland and Litosseliti) of our 2002 collection 'Gender
Identity and Discourse Analysis' (Litosseliti & Sunderland, published by
Benjamins), we have a general discussion of identity, identities, identity
and discourse.
Actually, I was asked to send an order form to the list, so with it I'll
include again the details, list of chapters etc.
