Korean Instructors Wanted

The Asian Studies Program and the Department of Foreign Languages &  
Literatures at the City College of New York seeks adjunct faculty to  
develop courses in Korean language and culture. The current need is  
for part-time, adjunct instructors, with the possibility of renewal.  
Part of a project to develop Korean instruction at the College, funded  
by a renewable grant from the Korea Society, it is envisioned that the  
position ultimately will lead to one or more tenure-track position(s).

Qualifications: ABD or Advanced Ph.D. Students, with native or  
near-native fluency in Korean, preferably with teaching experience and  
particularly experience in language instruction and familiarity with  
current techniques in language instruction.
