<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'm very embarrassed to say that I managed to pick
up a computer virus from somewhere which went undetected for a few days. My
computer is now clean (as is this message), but it looks like the virus might
have got into my address book and sent out e-mails (entitled 'Then, over and
over again') with an infected .exe attachment ('forms.exe') before I found out
about it. If you have received such a message from me and opened it (the virus
can only infect the computer if you open the attachment), it's possible that
your computer has been infected with the following virus:</FONT></DIV>

<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>This virus is potentially very damaging, but can be
cleaned using virus software. The latest version of VET is able to identify this
virus and clean it.</FONT></DIV>

managed to escape the three hours I've just spent cleaning my computer.
