event is to highlight the important contributions that ethnography can make to the study of language, gender and sexuality. The event encourages a discussion between language, gender and sexuality scholars and linguistic ethnographers, raising questions of
theory and methodology, and, above all, offering an insight into a range of current ethnographic studies of language, gender & sexuality in both private and institutional contexts.</span></p>
