In part, the panel hopes to shed light on how processes of gendered racialization, racialized sexuality, racialized sexism, and/or sexualized racism are deployed in a variety of discourses on ethnoreligious minorities and the impact of such representations. In doing so, the panel seeks to better understand the intersection of race, gender, and sexuality in representations of ethnic and religious minorities.
