The International Gender and Language Association (IGALA) is pleased to be able to offer a limited number of travel bursaries for scholars from Low-and-Middle-income countries attending and presenting a paper at the IGALA13 Conference in Montevideo, Uruguay,
July 23-25, 2025.</div>

Selection policy: Bursaries will be determined based on the conference abstract, the applicant's potential benefit from attending, and financial need. Preference will be given to participants from economically disadvantaged countries and to participants who
demonstrate creativity in meeting much of the cost from other sources. A limited number of bursaries will be available to scholars who cannot attract funding support from their own institutions or networks.</div>
