[gothic-l] Name origin and meaning

Dear Rebal girl:
I'm not sure what you are actually referring to when you say that you are
unable to identify a language that was sent last week to
gothic-1 at egroups.com.  I wrote a supplemental message in Icelandic, if that's
what you mean!  Unlike Gothic, the Icelandic language is not contaminated by
other languages.  Even Icelandic scientific language has remained entirely
Germanic in its vocabulary and syntax.
