Hello Andreas,

thanks a lot for this text. There is a little typo in the last 
sentence above, which slightly obscures its meaning. Is that supposed 
to mean: "In no case should far-reaching conclusions be drawn from the 
form  Gautigoth, because Cassiodor invented this form to construct a 
common  origin of the Gauts and Goths."?
