And where, good sir, is 'your' evidence of no accounts? Just because
you have not seen it does not mean it isn't there.
Could it be spoken of in "Eastern and Western Europe in the Middle
Ages." Geoffrey Barraclough, ed., London: Thames & Hudson, 1970.? If
I am not mistaken, this book deals with Politics & social classes. Or
Barbara Tuchman's "A Distant Mirror: The Calamitous Fourteenth
Century" New York: Knopf, 1978.?

ok... now I am too curious to leave it be. Going to do some research.
