[gothic-l] Old Tongues

I've been interested in languages all my life. I've
been looking into Tiawan, the root of Gaelic or Galic
and Taiung, the root of Latin. Does anyone know
anything about these two languages? They are primarily
spoken and any written form of these languages
(Especially Tiawan) is subject to the writers phonetic
tastes. Taiung is somewhat standardized, Tiawan is
not. Thank you!
