Valued Listmember,

Due to the recent rash of off-topic posts by persons most likely on the
wrong list, I have implemented moderation for any new members not heretofore
subscribed. New members will of course be granted unmoderated status once
they have shown that they can follow the list guidelines. This shall not
affect any of our current members (i.e. you) , save that it should help to
weed out unwanted solicitations.
