[gothic-l] sauil and sunno

They may be in the feminine gender like OE. This is rather confusing because
OE nouns for sun and son are spelled almost alike.  Sunne and sunu.

According to this exerpt from SAOB there are two words for sun, or
related to the sun in gothic, sauil and sunno.
Does anyone know what they signify exactly? Is there a semantic
difference between them.

If not, then why two words?
