Hail All!

   Gentlemen, thank you for the conversion of the name _Odhvaknir_. I would assume that the PGmc. would look something like _Wodwakanaz_.

While Iam not enrolled in a University, I have, nonetheless, begun a study of the Gothic lang. I have Bennett's work, Wrights of course, and Balg's comparative grammer (how reliable is Balg?). I also have Cleasby/Vigfusson's Icelandic dict., many Gmc. based glossaries, as well as two glossaries on the Elder and Younger Eddas' in ON.

I'll do the best I can with what I have, and I'm sure that there will be questions from time to time.  In addition, I am completely fascinated by the _reconstruction_ process, so, I have this question, how would you render > North, East, South (Balg has > sunno), and West;
center, and pole or axis ?
