[gothic-l] Goth Dieties

[Abrigon Gusiq]

The Goths being one of the first Germanic people to convert to
christianity. There is likely a bit know of their ways, but often I
suspect in a negative way.

One of the reasons given for why Wulfiles(Ulfilus) did not translate one
of the first books of the bible into Gothic was cause of its military
nature, and the Goths were militant enough as it was with out been show
in in the peaceful christians bible..

I expect Tiwaz was one of the Goths deities? Also called some say Tyr
(Norse god).
