As far as I know, there are not surviving Alannic texts. The
information on their language relies mainly on their proper names.
But it is considered that the Ossetians are descendants of some Alans
who took refuge in Caucasus, thus Ossetian (an eastern Iranic
language) is a direct descendant of Alannic.
Regarding how Alannic remained those who migrated westwards, I have
read somewhere that the Alans in Spain and later in North Africa were
already largely Germanized.
Regarding the Goths, let's not forget that the language used by
Wulfila was almost purely Germanic, with Greek-Latin "technical"
loanwords (introduced most likely by Wulfila himself for biblic
terms) and a handful of presumably Slavic loanwords.
