Other alternatives:

*Walhaland, cf. ON Valland
ana Walh(a)þiudai, cf. Go. ana Gutþiudai
ana Walham, cf. OE on Wealum, on Eastenglum, etc.

The last two are literally "among the Welsh/Gothic people", but 
applied by extention to the place where they lived.
