Hi,

Koebler has a list of Gothic names 
(http://www.koeblergerhard.de/germanistischewoerterbuecher/gotischeswoer
terbuch/GotischeNamen.pdf), but not all are explained or transposed 
into "classical" (Wulfilan) Gothic.
Regarding Teudiselo, I saw it somewhere, IIRC, interpreted as *Thiudi-
geisls.
