Type Gothic with a Gothic keyboard in Linux (type directly, no websites needed)

I made a mistake with the first step: 

 1. Open a terminal window, log in as superuser. You can do this by typing:   su 

 Enter your password and you have privileges now.
 Type this command, in which [directory of downloaded file] is the folder in which the file is downloaded: 
 cp [directory of downloaded file]  /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/
