Dear Albareiks,

One more correction, which slipped my attention. The relative pronoun should be rather 'thuei' ('you who') here rather than 'saei ('he who') since the foregoing clause has a second- rather than third-person antecedent. Cf. "thu hwas is, thuei stojis framathjana skalk?" (Rom14,4) 'who are YOU that pass judgment on an servant of another?'

I am unaware of any counter-examples wherein a third-person relative pronoun is used with a second-person antecedent. So I believe that this is an obligatory change rather than an optional one.

This change in turn entails further changes:

 1) The verb-endings will now need to be changed to the second-person sg. as well, thus 'skapjis, bairis, anabiudis.'

Did you want 'weihaides' (past tense) or 'weihais' (present tense) here? All the other verbs are in the present tense.

 2) "seinamma" and "seinaim" will need to be changed to 'theinamma' and 'theinaim' respectively.

 Dear Audamunds,

Your knowledge of the Gothic language is extensive. Are you a professor? With your corrections this work would now read:

Thiutheigs thu, frauja guth unsar, thiudan allaize,
 saei skapjith akrana weinatainis.
Thiutheigs thu, frauja guth unsar, thiudan allaize,

 saei bairith hlaibans af airthai.
Thiutheigs thu, frauja guth unsar, thiudan allaize,

saei allos waihtins skapjith waurda seinamma.
Thiutheigs thu, frauja guth unsar, thiudan allaize,
 saei weihaida uns anabusnim seinaim
jah anabiudith uns tandjan liuhada Sabbato dagis.
Thiutheigs thu, frauja guth unsar, thiudan allaize,

 saei skapjith liuhath funins.
