a) For 'to believe in (someone/something)' you can use either 'galaubjan du (+ dative)' or 'galaubjan (+dative)':

ni auk thai brothrjus is galaubidedun imma (J7,5)
'for these his brothers did not believe in him'

hwazuh saei saihwith thana sunu jah galaubeith du imma
'he who sees the Son and believes in Him'

 b) 'allwaldands' (note there are two l's) is extant once (2Cor6,18)

 c) a close translation of "ex quo sunt omnia" would be 'fram thammei sind alla' ('alla' = neut. nom. pl.).

 d) As to word order, I would suggest that you adhere to the same method that was used in translating the Gothic Bible: namely, stay as close to the word-order of the original as possible. Religious texts were not to be "monkeyed with".

 e) "according to" is translated by 'bi (+dative)', e.g. "bi biuhtja witodis (L2,27)" 'according to the custom of the law'

 f) "scripture" is 'bokos' (fem. o-stem pl.), 'gameleins' (fem. o/i-stem), or 'boka' (fem. o-stem sg., found only once)

 g) "as is written" is 'swaswe ist gamelith' (J6,31)
