The treatment of foreign names in Biblical Gothic is very inconsistent. A quick glance through the list in Koebler reveals that there are in fact not many Gothicizations of Latin/Greek nouns in -ius/-ios. The following few show that they can be treated as Gothic u-stems:

Lwsaniaus (L3,1), genitive sg. of *Lwsanius = Greek Lysanios
Pauntiau (Mt27,2), dative sg. of *Pauntius = Greek Pontios / Latin Pontius
Aifaisium, dative pl. of *Aifaisius = Greek Ephesios
Kaurinthium, dative pl. of *Kaurinthius = Greek Korinthios

Doesn't Latin -ius/Greek -ios become Gothic -eis? So it should be Kaúrinþeis, unless the word is attested and I'm wrong.
