<p>I wonder if the Vandals ever wrote anything in their own language except for inscriptions. They were a much smaller society then the Goths and were less civilized in general. <br><br>As for these books, there aren't a lot of Gothicists and not many people have access to these ancient materials. They continue to find Gaulish material, too, and I'm hoping fervently that they come across something in Vandalic one day. (There were some Latin texts written in the Vandal Empire that were buried in pots and set out in the mountains, and they were discovered relatively recently.
