I believe the University of Indiana w/ the help of Dr. Tom Klinger and Dr.
Margaret Marshall created an extensive dictionnary on Louisiana (or US)
Creole.  It is available at Amazon.  Also Tulane (where Dr. Klinger
teaches) and UL at Lafayette in their Doctoral Francophone studies program
could no doubt help you will some more info.  I don't know the address for
Tulane but ULL is  www.louisiana.edu.
