I am pleased to inform you about the publication of the issue of the
review 'Papeles del Este', edited by the Universidad Complutense de
Madrid (Spain). Here you will find, for example, an article about
"Language Policies in the Soviet Successor States: A Brief Assessment on
Language, Linguistic Rights and National Identity", among many others,
