Call for submissions: HERITAGE LANGUAGE JOURNAL - DEADLINE FOR MANUSCRIPTS 1 JULY

Heritage Language Journal Call for Submissions

Heritage Language Journal, a new online blind-refereed journal dedicated
to heritage language education, announces a call for submissions. The
journal will be published jointly by the Language Resource Center of
UCLA and the UC Consortium for Language Learning and Teaching and will
be housed on the International and Overseas Programs (ISOP) server at
UCLA.

The journal invites submissions of articles based on original research
in all areas related to the study of heritage language education,
including: linguistics, applied linguistics, psychology, sociology,
language education, language policy, and other relevant fields.

Manuscripts should be submitted by July 1, 2002 and the anticipated
publication date for the first issue is December 2002. Submit to
bauckus at humnet.ucla.edu with copies to okagan at ucla.edu and
kedillon at ucdavis.edu.
