There is an article entitled "Australian University Goes
Online With Studies of Aboriginal Group's Language and Culture", by
David Cohen, dated Wednesday, May 1, 2002, in _The Chronicle of Higher
Education_, at: http://chronicle.com/free/2002/05/2002050101u.htm

The article describes how Northern Territory University in
Darwin has created a distance-education program to teach Yolngu, an
aboriginal language of Australia.

Thanks to David Branner for bringing this article to my attention.
